G5 Modular LED Linear High Bay Light
Modular LED linear high bay light solutions from the ROKEE G5 Series are designed for warehouses, factories, supermarkets and other high-ceiling indoor spaces requiring efficient linear illumination. Available in 100W, 150W and 200W configurations, the series supports different mounting heights, aisle widths and illumination requirements.
The G5 uses an AL6063 extruded aluminum housing that provides structural support and a large surface area for thermal management. Its modular construction allows the product family to provide multiple power configurations while maintaining a consistent industrial appearance.
Available optical distributions include 30° × 100° and 60° × 100°. The narrower option is suitable for tall warehouse aisles and storage racks, while the wider option can serve broader production, retail or open storage areas. Final optics should be selected according to mounting height, aisle width, rack layout and required uniformity.
This modular LED linear high bay light provides a specified luminaire efficacy of up to 140 lm/W. The anti-UV PC lens protects the LED optical system while maintaining high light transmission. The elongated light-emitting surface helps distribute illumination along aisles and work areas.
Optional microwave or PIR sensors can provide occupancy-based switching and dimming. Bluetooth and ZigBee control configurations may also be selected for compatible lighting-management systems. Sensor coverage, detection height, standby level and delay time depend on the selected control package.
The G5 supports suspended and ceiling-mounted installation. Adjustable brackets are available for applications requiring a specific mounting angle or ceiling arrangement.
With IP54 ingress protection and IK10 impact resistance, the G5 modular LED linear high bay light is intended primarily for dry indoor industrial and commercial environments. It should not be specified for washdown areas or locations requiring protection against powerful water jets.
Final wattage, optical distribution, mounting height, fixture spacing and control strategy should be confirmed through a project-specific photometric design.

Applications
The G5 modular LED linear high bay light is suitable for warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, supermarkets, workshops, exhibition halls, storage aisles and other high-ceiling indoor spaces.
The 30° × 100° distribution is suitable for narrower warehouse aisles, while the 60° × 100° option can serve wider aisles and open work areas. Final fixture spacing and mounting height should be determined according to the required illumination level, uniformity target and site layout.
Linear High Bay Lighting Design
Linear high bay performance depends on mounting height, aisle width, rack layout, ceiling reflectance and required task illuminance. Choose the optical distribution from the shape of the working area: narrow or rectangular optics help direct light along aisles, while wider beams suit open production and retail spaces. A photometric calculation should verify average light level, minimum light level, uniformity and glare before fixture quantities are finalized.
Power and CCT adjustment can simplify commissioning where the selected model supports them. Occupancy sensors, Bluetooth, ZigBee or other controls can reduce energy use in intermittently occupied aisles, but sensor placement and detection coverage must be checked against racks, machinery and mounting height.
Installation and Project Support
Confirm the mounting points, bracket or suspension method, supply voltage, circuit loading, emergency-lighting requirements and ambient temperature. Where fixtures are linked on one circuit, verify the permitted connection quantity and wiring limits for the selected model. Use qualified installers and maintain the clearances needed for heat dissipation and maintenance. ROKEE can provide photometric layouts, fixture-spacing guidance, control planning and quotations.
