G10 Flip-Top Smart LED Street Light
The flip-top smart LED street light from the ROKEE G10 Series is designed for roadway, municipal and infrastructure lighting projects requiring efficient illumination, convenient maintenance and future-ready control options. Available from 50W to 240W in two housing sizes, the series supports different road widths, pole heights and lighting requirements.
The die-cast aluminum housing incorporates a top-opening driver compartment that provides convenient access to electrical components during installation and maintenance. Retained fasteners and an anti-fall structure help prevent loose components from dropping while technicians work at height. An internal circuit breaker can provide additional isolation during servicing when included in the selected configuration.
This flip-top smart LED street light uses Type II-M roadway optics to distribute light along the road surface. The anti-UV PC lens offers high optical transmission, while the controlled distribution helps reduce unnecessary spill light when the luminaire is correctly selected, aimed and installed.
The G10 supports both horizontal and vertical installation through an adjustable mounting bracket. This flexibility allows the luminaire to be installed on different roadway poles and mounting arms according to the lighting design.
Optional NEMA or Zhaga interfaces allow photocells, wireless controllers and compatible smart-city devices to be added according to project requirements. Available control options include ON/OFF switching, scheduled dimming, 0–10V, DALI, ZigBee and LoRa, subject to the selected driver and control configuration.
With IP66 ingress protection and IK10 impact resistance, the G10 flip-top smart LED street light is designed for demanding outdoor environments. Its electrophoretic pretreatment and outdoor powder-coated finish help protect the die-cast aluminum housing against weather exposure.
The series offers specified efficacy options of up to 170 lm/W or 190 lm/W, depending on the selected LED, driver, power and optical configuration. Final wattage, light distribution, control system and mounting arrangement should be confirmed through a project-specific photometric design.

Applications
The G10 flip-top smart LED street light is suitable for urban roads, highways, arterial streets, residential roads, industrial parks, logistics areas, campuses, bridges and municipal lighting upgrades. Its broad power range and smart-control compatibility make it suitable for both conventional roadway projects and connected lighting systems.
Final wattage, pole height, fixture spacing, mounting angle and optical distribution should be selected according to road geometry, required illumination levels, uniformity targets and applicable lighting standards.
Street Lighting Design and Selection
Street-light performance depends on pole height, outreach, spacing, road width, lane arrangement, surface reflectance and the selected optical distribution. Wattage alone cannot predict the result. Use a project-specific photometric calculation to verify average luminance or illuminance, uniformity, threshold increment, surrounding-area ratios and spill-light limits required by the governing standard.
Choose roadway optics that place useful light along the carriageway instead of behind the pole or into nearby properties. Confirm CCT, CRI, surge protection and control requirements for the project. Photocells support dusk-to-dawn switching, while 0–10V, DALI, ZigBee, LoRa, NEMA and Zhaga options can support scheduled dimming and remote management where the selected configuration provides them.
Installation and Project Support
Before installation, confirm the pole-top or side-entry diameter, tilt, wind load, cable entry, supply voltage and grounding. Use qualified installers and outdoor-rated connectors. Aim and commission the luminaires according to the approved layout, then record control addresses and dimming schedules for future maintenance.
