G27 Corrosion-Resistant LED Street Light
Corrosion-resistant LED street light solutions from the ROKEE G27 Series are designed for outdoor roadway projects requiring a streamlined appearance, practical maintenance and protection against environmental exposure. Available in 30W, 50W, 100W, 150W and 200W configurations, the series supports different road widths, mounting heights and illumination requirements.
The G27 uses a smooth housing profile with fewer dirt-catching surfaces, helping simplify routine cleaning in dusty or polluted environments. Its protective exterior finish is designed to improve resistance to outdoor weathering. For coastal, chemical or high-salinity installations, the required coating specification and salt-spray test performance should be confirmed before selection.
The 140° × 80° optical distribution provides broad roadway illumination. Correct pole height, spacing and mounting angle help distribute light along the intended surface while controlling unwanted spill light.
This corrosion-resistant LED street light provides a specified luminaire efficacy of up to 130 lm/W, depending on the selected power, LED, driver, CCT, CRI and optical configuration. Its anti-UV PC lens protects the optical system while maintaining high light transmission.
Optional control configurations include ON/OFF switching, scheduled dimming, 0–10V, DALI, ZigBee and LoRa. These options allow the G27 to support conventional roadway lighting, energy-saving schedules or integration with compatible lighting-management systems.
With IP66 ingress protection and IK10 impact resistance, the G27 corrosion-resistant LED street light is designed for demanding outdoor installations. Surge-protection options help protect the electrical components against transient overvoltage caused by switching events or nearby lightning activity.
Final wattage, mounting arrangement, CCT, CRI, surge protection and control configuration should be selected according to the road geometry, installation environment and applicable project requirements.

Applications
The G27 corrosion-resistant LED street light is suitable for urban roads, residential streets, industrial parks, logistics facilities, parking areas, campuses, pedestrian routes and locations exposed to dust or frequent environmental contamination.
Use in coastal, marine or chemically aggressive environments should only be specified after confirming the housing material, coating system, fastener material and applicable salt-spray or corrosion-resistance test results.
Street Lighting Design and Selection
Street-light performance depends on pole height, outreach, spacing, road width, lane arrangement, surface reflectance and the selected optical distribution. Wattage alone cannot predict the result. Use a project-specific photometric calculation to verify average luminance or illuminance, uniformity, threshold increment, surrounding-area ratios and spill-light limits required by the governing standard.
Choose roadway optics that place useful light along the carriageway instead of behind the pole or into nearby properties. Confirm CCT, CRI, surge protection and control requirements for the project. Photocells support dusk-to-dawn switching, while 0–10V, DALI, ZigBee, LoRa, NEMA and Zhaga options can support scheduled dimming and remote management where the selected configuration provides them.
Installation and Project Support
Before installation, confirm the pole-top or side-entry diameter, tilt, wind load, cable entry, supply voltage and grounding. Use qualified installers and outdoor-rated connectors. Aim and commission the luminaires according to the approved layout, then record control addresses and dimming schedules for future maintenance.
