G22 High-Power Flip-Top LED Street Light
High-power flip-top LED street light solutions from the ROKEE G22 Series are designed for major roads, highways and infrastructure projects requiring higher lumen output and convenient maintenance. Available in 60W, 80W, 100W, 150W, 200W and 300W configurations, the series supports different road widths, pole heights and illumination requirements.
The top-opening electrical compartment provides convenient access to the driver, surge protection device and other serviceable components. This structure helps simplify inspection and component replacement when technicians perform maintenance at the installation site.
The G22 uses a 150° × 70° roadway distribution to direct illumination along the road surface. Correct fixture spacing, mounting height and aiming help achieve the required illumination and uniformity while controlling unwanted spill light.
This high-power flip-top LED street light provides a specified luminaire efficacy of up to 140 lm/W, depending on the selected power, CCT, CRI, LED and driver configuration. Its anti-UV PC lens protects the optical system while maintaining high light transmission.
Optional control configurations include ON/OFF switching, scheduled dimming, 0–10V, DALI, ZigBee and LoRa. Photocell and compatible control-interface options can also be configured according to project requirements, allowing the luminaire to support conventional roadway lighting or connected lighting systems.
With IP66 ingress protection and IK10 impact resistance, the G22 high-power flip-top LED street light is designed for demanding outdoor environments. Surge-protection options help protect the electrical components against transient overvoltage caused by switching events or nearby lightning activity.
Final wattage, optical distribution, CCT, CRI, surge protection and control system should be selected according to the road geometry, electrical environment and applicable lighting requirements.

Applications
The G22 high-power flip-top LED street light is suitable for highways, arterial roads, major urban streets, bridges, industrial parks, logistics facilities, ports, large parking areas and other infrastructure projects. Its maximum 300W configuration is intended for projects requiring higher mounting positions or greater lumen output.
Final pole height, fixture spacing, mounting angle and wattage should be confirmed through a project-specific photometric calculation based on road dimensions, required illumination levels, uniformity targets and applicable lighting standards.
Street Lighting Design and Selection
Street-light performance depends on pole height, outreach, spacing, road width, lane arrangement, surface reflectance and the selected optical distribution. Wattage alone cannot predict the result. Use a project-specific photometric calculation to verify average luminance or illuminance, uniformity, threshold increment, surrounding-area ratios and spill-light limits required by the governing standard.
Choose roadway optics that place useful light along the carriageway instead of behind the pole or into nearby properties. Confirm CCT, CRI, surge protection and control requirements for the project. Photocells support dusk-to-dawn switching, while 0–10V, DALI, ZigBee, LoRa, NEMA and Zhaga options can support scheduled dimming and remote management where the selected configuration provides them.
Installation and Project Support
Before installation, confirm the pole-top or side-entry diameter, tilt, wind load, cable entry, supply voltage and grounding. Use qualified installers and outdoor-rated connectors. Aim and commission the luminaires according to the approved layout, then record control addresses and dimming schedules for future maintenance.
